Amazon doesn't offer in-game content, but their release-day delivery guarantee means you'll have the physical copy on November 19 without leaving your house. Best for players who want convenience and already have Amazon Prime.
Best Buy
Bonus: In-game content (details TBC)
Best Buy is offering exclusive in-game content. Full details haven't been announced yet, but historically Best Buy's GTA bonuses have included vehicle skins or weapon variants. Check back closer to June 25 for the full reveal.
GameStop
Bonus: Steelbook case + in-game content
GameStop has the best physical bonus: an exclusive steelbook case featuring Vice City artwork. Plus in-game content. This is the best choice for collectors and players who want a physical keepsake.
PlayStation Store
Bonus: Pre-load access + platform perks
Digital PS5 buyers get pre-load access (download the game before launch so it's ready to play at midnight on November 19) plus standard PlayStation Store perks like cloud saves and easy redownload. No physical item, but the convenience of digital + pre-load is hard to beat.
Xbox Store
Bonus: Pre-load access + platform perks
Same as PlayStation Store but for Xbox. Pre-load access means you're playing at midnight on launch day without a disc. Xbox also supports Smart Delivery (buy once, play on Xbox Series X or S).

It depends on what you value:
- Physical collectors: GameStop (steelbook + in-game content)
- Digital convenience: PlayStation Store or Xbox Store (pre-load + no disc)
- Fast delivery: Amazon (release-day guaranteed)
- In-game content: Best Buy or GameStop
Can you stack bonuses?
No. Pre-order bonuses are tied to the retailer you purchase from. You can't buy at GameStop for the steelbook and also get the PlayStation Store's pre-load access. If you want pre-load, you need to buy digital from your console's store.
Are bonuses available for all editions?
Retailer bonuses apply to all editions (Standard, Deluxe, Premium, Collector's). However, the Collector's Edition is only available at select retailers — check availability before June 25.
When do bonuses get delivered?
Physical bonuses (steelbook, map poster) ship with the game on November 19. Digital bonuses (in-game content, pre-load access) are delivered via email or your console's store on or before launch day.
